This month, we go along for the ride with a local woman who chose to make herself over with cosmetic surgery.

This is a controversial topic for women. As editors for a magazine that runs advertisements for cosmetic procedures, we hear it all the time: Some decry the ads, insisting we don’t run them and saying we’re harming women. I don’t know much about advertising, but I can safely assume that if those businesses are spending money trying to get their phone numbers to you readers, not everyone can be outraged.
