Deandra Trevino is 29 years old and was born and raised in Boulder, CO. She has been a hairstylist for the last 8 years. Deandra opened her own salon, The West End Salon, in April 2006. She recently married her long-term boyfriend in June 2009 in beautiful Maui. She loves to read. She does cross-word puzzles in her spare time. Her toes are always painted. She is strong-willed and always right. She owes Nordstrom about $1,000.00. She loves the color purple. She drinks espresso at 11:00pm. She is creative. And, she has late stage ovarian cancer. Deandra was diagnosed in July 2007 after virtually no symptoms other than a little weight gain and fatigue. Her original surgery included a complete hysterectomy, bowel resection, and the elimination of contaminated lymph nodes. Deandra wishes she could say that she went into remission, but rather has been fighting for her life since her original diagnosis. Deandra may never be cancer-free, but she will always be a strong woman with a zest for life. Visit www.carepages.com and search "deandramtrevino" for more information.
